It is called "SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT", ...it is a right they gave to themselves in order to be able to make money behind the scenes,...you know the kind of money that I am talking about,..it is normally called "BRIBES"
I am sure that most of us noticed that usually the rich do not get investigated much nor do they get prosecuted ...and if they do get prosecuted ...well,..the pre-arranged theatrical Court room proceedings with the heavily bribed prosecutors almost never result in convictions and imprisonment
This is the reason that the "AWAKEN ONES" call it the "JUST-US" Department
The non "AWAKEN ONES" still call it the Justice department...lol...lol..

The police are running" because they want to look like they are doing their job..but that doesn't not mean that they have to do their job the right way..nor does it mean that they can not profit from the wrong way that they are doing their job...wink...wink...wake up and smell the coffee ...Google the term "selective law enforcement"
