    In Walhalla, South Carolina the age is 15 yrs old !
    I know because one of my Cousin's Ran off and Got Married, no Blood test nor marriage license, they just went and got married at 15/16 ! but their Parent's had it Annulled when they finally found them ! and they did not marry each other when they got older either, both married Other people, I guess that was 40 yrs ago or so !
